The Washington Wizards visit the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center on Monday night.

The Warriors won their third in a row by blowing out the defending champions Milwaukee Bucks 122-109 in their last game. Klay Thompson scored 38 points, his highest-scoring game since returning from a 2.5 years absence due to injury. Jordan Poole added 30 points and he has scored at least 20 points in his last six games. Steph Curry took only seven shots and finished with only eight points.

If Bradley Beal were around, I would have picked the Wizards. But without Beal, their offense has been unpredictable and between them and the healthy Golden State Warriors, I’m leading with the Dubs to cover the spread here. The Warriors have won their last three games by double digits and these games were against the Clippers, Nuggets, and Bucks who are playoff teams. I trust they cover the spread against a struggling Wizards team.
